Completeyour wellness

the "complete" story

After reading about the 1987 Los Angeles Marathon runners who became ill with colds or the flu during the two months preceding the race, Kenneth H. Cooper, MD, MPH, Founder and Chairman of Cooper Aerobics, began studying the impact of exercise and supplementation on health. Through his research he found excessive amounts of exercise did not provide the health benefits moderate intensity exercise provided, and that vitamins and supplements played an important role in supporting overall health and athletic recovery. Dr. Cooper comprised a team of leading researchers from around the country and Cooper Clinic physicians and registered dietitian nutritionists to formulate a multivitamin and mineral supplement designed to provide essential nutrients†.

Today, Cooper Complete Nutritional Supplements offers a wide range of products, including multivitamins and wellness supplements with ingredients selected to help support brain health, immune function, heart health and bone and joint health†.

Testimonials

Basic One is the best overall vitamin/supplement on the market. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years!

I have tried quite a few brands of probiotics. This is the first one I have used for which I can actually tell a difference. I intend to subscribe and use Advanced Daily Probiotic permanently.

I have been taking Cooper supplements for years and have been very pleased with the results. I take vitamin D, CoQ10 and Advanced Omega-3.

I have arthritis in my knee and Cooper Complete Collagen has helped me manage this problem. I have also noticed an improvement in my hair, nails and skin. I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using Advanced Omega-3 for years. It is the best fish oil supplement available...and has been essential in keeping my cholesterol and triglyceride levels low as well as benefits my eye health.

I trust Cooper Complete products very much — I love them all! I feel so great that if I forget to take a supplement, I realize what is missing. It truly is an overall healthy feeling!
