Product seems to be fine. Hard to tell until I go for my physical exam. However, I really don't like that I have to take 8 capsules per day.

I have tried every multivitamin under the sun, and I always end up stopping because they either taste terrible, or are too big and difficult to swallow, or I start loosing hair, or I don't feel well, or I feel inflamed, or my body just simply does not want to take them (always listen to your body, it knows best). This particular multivitamin is a complete life changer! First, the size, it is truly the perfect size and it's super smooth which makes it easy to swallow. Second, I started sleeping like a baby again; I haven't slept this good in over 15 years!! Third, and personally the most important, my body actually reaches for it every day. New baby hairs are starting to sprout, and my hair truly feels healthier. Lastly, I feel like my body has more energy throughout the day. I take with breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help keep a constant amount of vitamins in my body.

One star off for not citing any evidence in placebo controlled studies. Otherwise the makers of this supplement are thoughtful in choosing how much and what form for each vitamin and mineral that are in it. Since my coronary thrombosis and bypass surgery, i have had no recurrence. I have also changed my diet to avoid saturated fats and have continued to exercise regularly but not as intense. So, there is my anecdotal testimony.

I am very pleased with this product. Just finishing my first bottle. They were recommended by my primary care physician. The daily dosage is 8 tablets. I find this difficult to adhere to with other supplements I take. I am a small person. Don't know if that makes any difference but I only take 4 per day. Still, I note a difference and will continue to use.

Original Comprehensive Multivitamin Iron Free is an excellent product. I attribute my excellent health (now 90) to this product. I have recommended this product to others.

I really like this supplement. It is all-inclusive. I wish the mg potassium chloride was a little more. But i like it and will look for coupons to purchase consistently.

I have been taking Cooper Complete vitamins for 27 years and am very satisfied with the quality of the product. Apparently, the company has had a significant increase in new customers, but unfortunately, that growth has been at the expense of long time customers and created a supply shortage. I am disappointed that the cooper group does not limit its growth to what it can support to its customer base.
