Love, love, love Cooper Complete products. Good quality products.

Nice container. Easy to store. The first use went well, but the second day it sent me on frequent bathroom trips with some discomfort. I cut back to 3 times per week. It doesn’t completely dissolve (4 Stars); a gel is left in the glass. I’ve even tried my blender. It needs to be vigorously stirred up until the time of drinking. Overall, I like it.

The fiber product has a smooth texture, seems to work well, and mixes well with juice, although you need to stir it just before drinking. The product needs a wider or shallower jar, or a longer scoop handle, though. It is hard to get my manly hand inside when the powder is running low. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars!

I bought the Microbiome fiber for my husband because he needed to take more fiber....he can definitely notice a difference. I can even put it in his coffee, and he can't tell it's in there with his cream. It dissolves really well.
